These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CleverHumanizer.pro, a project developed and operated by Logical Key Ltd ("Logical Key", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), regarding your access to and use of our web application, developer APIs, and embeddable widgets.
You Own 100% of Your Content and Generated Outputs
CleverHumanizer makes zero intellectual property claims over the documents you submit or the humanized text you produce. You retain unconditional copyright, publication, commercialization, and ownership rights to all text outputs generated through our platform.
01. Acceptance & Eligibility
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing any feature of CleverHumanizer.pro (including our AI Humanizer, AI Detector, Paraphraser, Grammar Checker, and Developer APIs), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or have attained the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
02. Scope of Services & Fair-Use Limits
CleverHumanizer provides advanced natural language processing tools engineered to analyze sentence burstiness, vocabulary entropy, and grammatical structure to convert synthetic writing into natural human cadence.
300 trial words per device (protected via IP & hardware fingerprinting). No sign-up required.
1,000 complimentary words upon email verification, with private encrypted dashboard access.
Starter, Pro, and Unlimited tiers with higher word quotas, 5 specialized modes, and fast priority queues.
03. Acceptable Use & Academic Ethics
CleverHumanizer is designed as an assistive writing aid, educational rewriting tool, and editorial enhancer. You agree that you will NOT use the service to:
- Violate the academic integrity policies or honor codes of any accredited university, school, or research institution.
- Generate fraudulent legal contracts, unauthorized medical diagnoses, or misleading financial disclosures.
- Distribute defamatory, harassing, hateful, or unlawful material.
- Perform denial-of-service attacks, automated scraping, or reverse engineer our proprietary linguistic scoring models.
04. Subscription Billing & Cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe.
- Self-Service Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time with a single click via your Account Billing Settings or our integrated Stripe Customer Portal (
/api/portal). - Billing Cycle: Cancellation takes effect at the conclusion of your current prepaid billing period. You retain full access to your plan until the billing period expires.

05. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
While our dual-engine architecture is continuously calibrated to achieve 99%+ bypass scores against major detectors (Turnitin, GPTZero, CopyLeaks, Originality.ai), third-party detection algorithms are proprietary, black-box systems that update unpredictably. Therefore, CleverHumanizer provides its services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of non-detection in every hypothetical environment.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLEVERHUMANIZER.PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
